Menjejak tapak kembali – Kodingareng Keke
Setahun yang lalu, tepatnya di bulan Juni 2012, saya dan keluarga besar Anging Mammiri pernah mengunjungi pulau ini. Bertepatan dengan week end kemarin tanggal 9 September 2012 dimana saya kebetulan berada di Makassar, kami menepakkan jejak kembali ke salah satu pulau yang membentuk gugusan spermonde ini.
Berbekal nasi kuning, yang merupakan menu standar untuk jalan-jalan ke pulau bagi kami, tiba di dermaga Kayu Bangkoa, sebelum jam 8 pagi. Seperti biasa, jam karet masih juga berlaku diantara kita, bahkan Iqko yang biasanya tepat waktu malah ikut-ikutan telat. Kapal yang kami pakai itu pemiliknya sama dengan yang tahun lalu. Milik Dg. Tayang keluarga dari Dg. Nuntung. Tahun lalu kami membayar Rp. 400.000 pp, sementara kali ini Rp. 500.000,- lebih murah dari tawaran yang lain yang menyebut nilai Rp. 600.000,-
Karena kami jumlahnya 13 orang, sangat riskan untuk menyewa 1 kapal motor saja. Jika pulaunya tidak terlalu jauh itu memungkinkan. Dengan membagi 2 gelombang akhirnya kami berangkat. Saya mendapat giliran yang pertama karena akan singgah di pulau Samalona untuk menyewa alat snorkling untuk Rara dan teman-teman lain. Setiba di pulau Samalona, di sebelah kapal motor yang kami tumpangi seorang nelayan menenteng ikan hasil tangkapannya dan menawarkannya seharga Rp. 200.000,-. Tergiur dengan ikan segar yang memang sulit di dapatkan di kota besar akhirnya saya berhasil mendapatkan ikan itu senilai Rp. 120.000,-. Iqko pun berinisiatif membeli arang dan sudah pasti sambel dabu-dabu. Sudah terbayang bakal piknik asik dengan ikan bakar yang pasti terasa beda jika dimakan di pulau.
Perjalanan yang ditempuh sekitar 45 menit ini menyenangkan. Hawa laut masih segar, ombak masih kelihatan enggan beriak. Sesekali kami melihat ikan terbang yang menampakkan dirinya melompat-lompat di permukaan air.
Tiba di pulau Kodingareng keke saya sempat tertegun sejenak. Tahun lalu masih banyak pepohonan yang kita gunakan untuk berteduh, namun kali ini sudah tinggal beberapa saja. Arus laut yang berubah-ubah menyebabkan bentuk pulau ini pun berubah, ini yang menjadi alasan tidak ada yang mendiami pulau tersebut.
Sudah dua kali saya ke pulau ini, tetapi saya masih belum diperkenankan untuk bisa menikmati air dan pemandangan lautnya. Masih berhalangan untuk bercengkrama. Tetapi ada baiknya juga, ikan yang tadi kami beli itu akhirnya berakhir hitam di tanganku. Berbekal arang dan api buatan Amad, saya berhasil mematangkan mereka dan menjadikan santapan yang lezat bagi teman-teman, walaupun kata mereka, tidak bakal menarik untuk disajikan di restoran karena bentuknya.
Kami rela berpanas-panas untuk sekadar berfoto mengukir kenangan tentang keberadaan kami di pulau ini.
Menambah harapan kembali untuk bisa ke pulau ini dengan waktu yang tepat sehingga dapat membiarkan saya untuk melihat indahnya alam laut di sekeliling pulau ini sebelum hilang tergerus oleh waktu.
