La Tahzan, Kesedihan yang tak Nampak
Banyak buku best seller yang membuat kita ragu untuk menonton media geraknya. Imajinasi bebas ketika membaca akan dibatasi oleh alur, setting, penokohan pilihan sutradara. La Tahzan, Jangan bersedih adalah contohnya. Walaupun saya belum membaca novel tersebut tapi film yang dibintangi oleh Joe Taslim ini terkesan datar saja.
La Tahzan, Jangan Bersedih. Alur film ini tidak mewakili judulnya yang terasa berat. Ekspektasi saya adalah ada kisah tentang kesedihan yang mendalam hingga tak ada tempat bergantung selain Allah. Apa yang digambarkan sangat sederhana. Keseharian yang bisa terjadi pada siapa saja. Bagi saya isi film ini tak terlalu istimewa, sama saja seperti saya menonton sinetron di TV. Penokohannya tak kuat, mungkin waktu terbatas membuat sutradara sulit membuat karakter yang kuat dari para pemainnya.
Alurnya juga tidak menyentak, tak ada yang mengejutkan, semua datar. Untungnya setting sedikit mengobati mata. Pemandangan alam dan suasana Jepang, secara pribadi membawa saya ke sana. Tapi ini belum tentu berlaku bagi orang lain.
Usahakan menonton trailer nya dulu sebelum menonton filmnya, kesan yang disampaikan sangat berbeda. Kelihatan bahwa film ini juga kelihatan bingung, aspek apa yang harus ditonjolkan yang bisa jadi bahan jualan.
Benar, ekspektasi saya terlalu tinggi, sedikit kecewa. Untungnya nuansa islami sedikit menyentuh karena alunan suara almarhum ust Jefry. Itupun karena ada dicantumkan pada promosi film ini.
Hanya satu yang membuat saya terkesan. Joe Taslim, menurutku sangat pantas menyandang sebutan aktor berkelas. Bayang-bayang macho yang melekat karena perannya sebagai penjahat di Fast to Furious 6, sirna seketika melihat dia memerankan tokoh Mr. Yamada dengan sangat sempurnanya. Tokoh seorang Jepang yang loyal, tekun dan kuat dalam pendirian serta lugu tergambar benar pada penokohannya. Saya sampai bisa lupa bahwa dia adalah aktor beladiri yang gagah perkasa. Cara dia membuat raut wajah lugu itu memang mengingatkan saya pada pria pria Jepang yang umum ditemui. Dan impresinya sangat dalam, dia memang seorang aktor yang matang.
Film ini juga rancu dalam pesannya, apakah tentang Mr. Yamada yang mualaf, atau tentang kisah perantauan. Memang benar ada pesan tentang rumput tetangga memang kelihatan lebih hijau jika dibading rumput sendiri. Negeri sakura yang dilihat dari jauh mungkin saja membuai impian, tapi nyatanya apa yang dialami oleh orang-orang kita di sana tak lebih baik dibanding negeri sendiri. Bisa saja jeruk itu tampak manis di luar, tetapi kadang isinya asam. Jadi hati-hati dengan penglihatan kita pada rumput tetangga, bisa saja cuma rumput plastik yang tak kata hidup pun tak ada.
Selain alasan itu, saya tidak menganjurkan untuk menonton film ini. Tetapi saya tetap penasaran dengan bukunya yang Best Seller. Buku yang ditulis berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi dari penulisnya. Pasti ada tali merah yang terlewat oleh sutradara atau penulis skenario. Dengan judulnya, saya mencari suasana dimana kita benar-benar membutuhkan Allah sebagai penghibur. La Tahzan, kesedihan yang tak nampak. Atau bisa jadi kesedihan yang saya alami mengalahkan kesedihan-kesedihan yang ada di sekitar saya? Apapun itu, La Tahzan.. Allah selalu menyertai.. Amiiinn
