Sebenarnya kisah ini selalu diceritakan jika Bapak yang dulunya jadi pimpinan saya ini bertemu dengan orang lain. “Jadi dulu ya, kan dia nih di business center,” katanya sambil nunjuk ke saya. “Saya heran kenapa orang Jepangnya selalu saja ke ruangan itu, katanya untuk bantu mengurus administrasi sewaktu perusahaan baru mau didirikan. Begitu saya ke sana, wah ternyata ini penyebabnya, yang jaga pakai rok mini.” kata beliau sambil tertawa
Dulu di hotel Sahid saya bekerja di bagian pengolahan data, tetapi karena dianggap masih bisa membantu di bagian lain akhirnya saya nyambi juga di business center. Dan itu memang kisah awal saya bertemu dengan pemilik perusahaan tempat dulu saya bekerja yang sekarang masih beroperasi di KIMA Makassar.
“Bagaimana kalau kita ajak saja gabung di perusahaan,” begitu katanya usulan dari Bapak ke orang Jepangnya. “Wah boleh…,” kata si pemilik perusahaan
Jadilah saya bekerja selama total 13 tahun di perusahaan tersebut. Alasannya hanya karena rok mini (hihihi)
Alhamdulillah rok mini juga yang membawa saya ke arah yang tepat. Bekerja sama di lingkungan teman-teman yang selalu menutup aurat dengan baik membuat saya merasa risih sendiri. Kadang malah jadi mikir macam-macam kalau teman-teman cowok tiba tiba duduk di meja depan. Ini mau ngobrol atau mau lihat ke bawah :p
Akhirnya kondisi semakin tidak nyaman, perlahan lahan saya mengubah cara berpakaian saya, roknya semakin panjang dan akhirnya menutup sampai ke mata kaki.
Untungnya dengan berlalunya waktu, saya masih dianggap berguna di tempat kerja itu. Kira kira jika saya sudah tidak memakai rok mini dan tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerja mungkin saya langsung dipecat. 😀
