Mungkin sebelum menikah siri memang ada perjanjian lisan, batasan yang dibuat kepada isteri siri-nya dalam usaha untuk tetap menjaga keutuhan keluarga sebelumnya. Benar-benar cuma sebagai pelengkap. Awalnya mungkin tidak masalah. Dari tidak punya apa-apa menjadi ada itu sudah bisa membuat wanita tidak berpikir lebih panjang. Namun lama kelamaan keinginan untuk diakui, mempunyai hak yang sama, dan sebagainya mulai muncul.

Si wanita ini mungkin lupa dengan demikian itu sama saja membuat suaminya terdesak. Dengan resiko akan kehilangan yang utama, dia bisa saja kalap. Mending saya tiadakan saja yang baru. Apa yang dulu dipikir bisa dikontrolnya ternyata sudah bergerak di luar kemampuannya.

Tindakan criminal menjadi pilihan. Dengan uang, menggunakan tangan orang lain untuk membersihkan persoalannya. Tetapi pilihan orang rupanya keliru, amatir dan dengan mudah diungkap motif dari pembunuhan itu. Sangat disesalkan hal yang semula indah, penuh cinta berakhir dengan kehilangan nyawa. Wanita yang dulu melengkapi kebahagiaannya harus dienyahkan dengan sadis.

Sayang sekali, wanita banyak tidak sadar. Lelaki yang tidak berani untuk mengungkapkan hati dan keinginan untuk memperistri secara social adalah lelaki yang pengecut, menurut saya. Jika memang dia benar-benar sayang harusnya dia siap dengan segala resiko, jika tidak cukup kuat untuk menanggung resiko jangan berani sayang.
