Sudah menjadi kesepakatan yang tidak tertulis antara saya dan anak-anak yang sedang menimba ilmu di Pondok Pesantren Al-Fatah, Temboro, setiap dua bulan sekali, adalah waktu untuk menjenguk mereka.

November 2015 ini saya berangkat via Jogja dan melanjutkan dengan Kereta Api ke kota yang terkenal dengan pecelnya, Madiun. Anak-anak dijemput di pondok, prosesnya kali ini agak lama. Harus minta izin ke semua ustadz yang kelasnya tidak bisa diikuti. Bagus juga agar anak-anak tidak keluar pondok jika tidak penting.

Karena tertarik mencoba hotel baru di kota Madiun, akhirnya kami menginap di Sun City Hotel. Walaupun hotel baru tetapi mungkin pengelolanya bukan yang spesialis chained hotel. Kurang tertata bagus dan finishing hotelnya juga kurang rapih. Tetapi para pekerja di hotel ini sangat ramah, bahkan ada yang menyapa dengan menyebutkan nama saya. Wah, sangat personal. Makanannya juga enak dan murah.

Di area yang sama terdapat Sun City Water and Theme Park, saya mengajak anak-anak berenang karena mereka memang dari kecil suka berenang. Amdan, si bungsu, sangat antusias sementara kakaknya mengikut saja.

Selama bepergian ada yang membuat saya kagum dengan Amdan, dia berbusana tidak lepas dari jubahnya. Bahkan untuk ke kolam renang. Agak berbeda dengan kakaknya, Jihad. Mungkin karena usia sudah beranjak remaja, dia sudah menggunakan kemeja dan jeans. Sepatu kets dan topi.

Mengapa Harus dengan Jubah?

Di pesantren memang diwajibkan berpakaian muslim. Kebanyakan para pria menggunakan jubah. Semua merk jubah dari yang murah sampai yang mahal tersedia untuk dibeli di desa Temboro. Amdan salah satu penggemar jubah dengan merk Al Haramain, harganya Rp. 250.000,- dan untuk hari ulangtahunnya yang tepat di November ini, dia meminta jubah sebagai hadiahnya.

Mungkin Amdan juga menyukai jubah karena pakaian ini juga dicintai oleh Rasulullah SAW, semoga demikian. Alasannya bahwa jubah ini begitu praktis, atau mungkin karena dia pernah mengalami kejadian dimana jubah yang menyelamatkannya waktu dia bermain. Seandainya jubah tidak tersangkut, mungkin dia sudah jatuh terluka.

Saya merasa senang jika anak-anak saya menyadari bahwa pilihannya adalah baik untuk dia. Amdan memang punya kepercayaan diri yang tinggi, sehingga dia bisa mengesampingkan pendapat orang terhadap dirinya.
