Kisah Di Balik Perjalanan Kali Ini

Setiap perjalanan pasti mengandung cerita, apalagi perjalanan itu bisa membuat kita untuk belajar merefleksi diri, kontemplasi.

Baru-baru ini saya mengunjungi anak-anak yang sedang mondok di Pesantren Al-Fatah Temboro, Karas-Magetan. Kunjungan ini jadi spesial karena saya sudah tidak memecah pikiran saya ke anak-anak yang bebeda tempat pemondokan. Amdan yang seharusnya masuk sekolah setara SLTP sudah bergabung bersama kakaknya di pondok yang diasuh oleh para karkun.

Rute perjalanan kali ini saya ambil melalui Solo, walaupun saya kurang suka karena harus naik bis dari Solo ke Maospati, tetapi tidak ada pilihan pas yang lain. Jika ke Madiun, kereta tiba pukul 2 pagi, akan lebih sulit untuk bisa ke Maospati sendirian di jam segitu.

Bertemu dengan anak-anak memang seakan memberikan energi baru untuk mereka, tetapi sekaligus menguras energi saya. Energi semangat yang saya siapkan tiba-tiba menguap melihat keadaan Amdan yang kurang sehat. Apalagi mendapat informasi dari kakaknya bahwa dia jarang makan. Mungkin tahun pertama akan berat bagi dia, semoga dia bisa melaluinya. Penyesuaian lingkungan dan makanan bukan hal yang mudah. Tetapi itulah tantangan yang harus mereka pelajari. Kehidupan yang tidak tergantung kepada tempat tetapi kepada hati dimana kita bisa membuat nyaman dimana pun kita berada.

Cuaca mungkin punya peran juga. Panas kering dan debu yang beterbangan membuat dia diserang penyakit flu dan batuk. Saya pun memcoba memberikan obat yang saya pikir memungkinkan untuk menyembuhkannya. Tetapi masih belum maksimal. Malam dengan demam tinggi dia bisa mengigau dan sulit untuk menenangkan. Sampai saya harus berjanji membawa dia jalan-jalan ke kota Madiun, barulah dia tenang. Ok, mungkin dia butuh hiburan dari tekanan keadaan, culture shock yang dia rasakan.
Perjalanan ke Madiun tidaklah terlalu sulit. Dengan bantuan google map dan bertanya sana sini, akhirnya kami tiba di Madiun. Suasananya memang sudah “kota” kita mengunjungi Plaza Madiun tempat saya membelikan jaket untuk Amdan yang mengeluh kedinginan setiap subuh. Sedikit hiburan menurut saya perlu untuk menetralisasi keadaan Amdan. Walaupun tidak menyembuhkan secara fisik.

Kita ditipu sama tukang ojek ya Ummi?
Itu kata Amdan ketika pulang kami cuma membayar 15.000,- per motor dari Maospati ke tempat kost dekat Pondok Utara.
Kenapa nak? tanyaku
Tadi waktu pergi kita diminta Rp. 20.000,- untuk yang boncengan dua (saya dan Amdan).
Amdan memang detail, dia suka memperhatikan hal-hal kecil dan mengolahnya dalam pikirannya sendiri. Saya juga sempat mengolah hal yang sama. Betapa di daerah yang seharusnya ikram (melayani sesama) jadi utama, malah ada yang hitung-hitungan.
Semua kembali ke pribadi orang-orang nak, jawabku. Kalau pun dia meminta lebih dari kita berarti rezeki di tempat lain sudah dikurangi. Makanya kita jangan hitung-hitungan kalau mau membantu orang. saya menjelaskan dan berharap dia mengerti.

Di Madiun pun kita mendapatkan pengalaman serupa. Becak yang kita sudah tawar dan sepakat di harga Rp. 20.000,- saat turun tetap meminta tambahan Rp. 10.000,-
Awalnya saya dalam hati sudah niat memberikan tambahan Rp. 5.000,- karena merasa tukang becak ini sudah tua dan memuat kami bertiga pasti berat. Tetapi ketika dia meminta lebih, uang saya kasih tetapi sudah tidak mendapat keikhlasan dari saya. Gantiannya adalah perasaan tidak senang karena cara yang tidak sepantasnya dia lakukan.
Gak apa apa nak, rejeki itu Tuhan yang atur tapi kalau kita ngotot dan membuat orang tidak ikhlas sepertinya tidak akan berkah, itu pun akan habis dengan sia-sia. Jadi jangan lihat nilainya. Penjelasan ini saya sampaikan ke anak-anak untuk mengingatkan diri saya sendiri. Toh setelah uang itu berpindah tangan dengan perasaan yang ada pada saya, case closed! selanjutnya urusan Sang Pengatur.

Begitu kami kembali dari Madiun, kondisi Amdan tidak semakin membaik, untungnya ada ustad yang bersedia mengantarkan dia ke dokter. Rp. 35.000,- biayanya sudah termasuk obat. Ya sudah, terimbangi sudah, saya cuma bisa berterima kasih dengan ustad yang membantu dan memang secara kebetulan berkunjung mencari Jihad, disertai dengan doa kepada dokter semoga selalu berkah. Hitungan materi dan tingkat keikhlasan itu jadinya berbanding terbalik. Tapi kembali lagi, setelah tiba pada titik itu, bukan urusan saya lagi.

Memang saya suka melakukan perjalanan ke mana pun, karena dari setiap pengalaman dan interaksi dengan orang lain pasti ada pembelajaran yang bisa kita raih. Dan saya sangat senang jika bisa bersama dengan anak-anak, saya pada saat itu juga bisa berbagi pemikiran terhadap pengalaman yang kita lalui bersama-sama.
