Motivasi, Renungan

Mencintai adalah kebutuhan. Saya sangat yakin tentang itu. Semua agama yang mengajarkan tentang kebaikan pastilah didasari oleh rasa cinta kasih. Pengakuan kepada Sang Pencipta, perhatian kepada dunia dan sesama bahan dasarnya adalah cinta.

Coba saja penuhi hari dengan cinta, hidup terasa akan lebih tenang. Mencintai apa saja yang ada disekitar kita, menurut saya adalah wujud kesyukuran kita kepada Maha Pencipta. Menyadari yang ada, dibalas dengan kasih sayang.

Cinta alam semesta, udara, nafas pagi hari… semuanya menjadi indah.

Mencintai mahluk di sekeliling kita, orang-orang yang ada dalam lingkar hubungan kita, binatang yang kita temui, bahkan pepohonan yang kadang terabaikan keberadaannya padahal mereka mengandung cinta kasih yang sabar, setia memberi tanpa pernah terdengar keluh.

Jika sampai saat ini saya masih menganggap bahwa saya butuh dicintai, itu masih keliru. Kebutuhan sebenarnya adalah menjadi subyek. Rasa cinta yang lahir dari dalam diri adalah obat untuk pribadi dan semesta. Cahaya terang yang terpancar menyala dari hati yang penuh cinta akan menerangi alam, menyentuh rasa mahluk lain menyebar dan menjadi satu dalam wujud pengakuan akan berkah yang diberikan oleh Ilahi.

Terlalu luas? kita buat lebih sederhana.

Setiap hari saya butuh waktu untuk kontemplasi, menyadari tentang kebutuhan akan mencintai, menyalurkan rasa kasih yang sudah sangat besar saya terima dari Pemilik semesta. Namun kesibukan material kadang membuat saya melewatkannya. Membangkitkan kesadaran mencintai tidak mudah, tidak setiap saat colekan Tuhan akan rasa dan pikiran itu kita tangkap karena antena kita yang dipenuhi oleh materi yang kasat dan yang menempatkan diri sebagai yang paling utama.

Akhir-akhir ini saya menyadari. Saya tidak harus sengaja duduk tenang untuk mengundang rasa itu, saya bisa menggabungkannya dengan materi. Mewujudkan rasa cinta itu dengan setiap gerakan jari, memandang benang, menatap alat rajut dan membayangkan hasil akhir dari setiap rajutan yang saya buat.

Pada saat merajut saya bisa sadar, bisa berpikir, menuangkan rasa dan kasih kepada materi yang saya karyakan untuk seseorang yang ingin saya beri. Saat itu saya merasakan kesadaran mencintai terasa, bahkan mengalahkan perasaan yang membawa energi negatif yang kadang tak kita sadari menguasai hati dan membuat hidup ini menjadi berat. Melupakan kesyukuran yang seharusnya.
