Pilpres, Proses Pendewasaan Politik

Wah judulnya canggih yah, tapi memang benar beberapa hari ini pengen sekali menulis tentang Pilpres ini. Saya tahu saya tidak punya pengetahuan politik yang mumpuni untuk bicara tentang Pilpres, tetapi saya punya andil dalam menentukan masa depan negara meskipun itu cuma satu per 186.722.030. Ihik.. banyak ya. Tapi sungguh saya merasa senang dengan antusiasme diri saya dan orang-orang di sekitar saya tentang Pilih calon nomor 1 atau 2 ini. Dari yang sopan, diam-diam mengagumi, sampai yang ekstrim menyatakan pilihannya bahkan sampai menghina-hina pasangan capres yang lain. Sangat menarik.

Terus terang awalnya saya tidak bisa menentukan pilihan. Dalam pemahaman saya, setiap proses politik punya kepentingan. Apalagi banyaknya partai yang nyata-nyata kadernya sangat tidak simpatik bahkan cenderung bokis. Saya pernah berhadapan dengan seseorang dari kelompok ย partai tertentu, partai berkuasa. Perasaan mau muntah saja mendengar dia berbicara, tidak lagi menyatakan posisi mereka yang harusnya membela rakyat tetapi mencari keuntungan pribadi. Parahnya lagi pakai cara mengancam. Ah sudahlah toh yang dimaksud sudah tersangkut masalah dan tidak terpilih lagi di pemilihan wakil rakyat baru-baru ini. Hatiku senang bukan main.

Ketidak percayaan saya berlanjut ke sosok-sosok yang mencalonkan diri sebagai presiden. Masing-masing saya ukur kelebihan dan kekurangannya. Senangnya karena Komisi Pemilihan Umum mengadakan debat Capres di setiap minggu selama periode kampanye. Informasi memang mempengaruhi saya, akhirnya saya cenderung memilih salah satu pasangan yang bukan karena sosok mereka berdua, tetapi karena orang-orang baik yang ada di sekelilingnya, kalian tahu kan?

Ditambah lagi dari kubu sebelah, begitu getol menjelek-jelekan pribadi. Pribadi loh bukan kekurangan dari performa kerja. Mungkin karena mereka belum tahu cara bekerja karena belum ada pengalaman, atau bahkan sudah tetapi tidak tahu yang mana yang baik. Bahkan sadisnya sampai mempermasalahkan asal-usul. Benar-benar dangkal dalam berpikir. Itu menurutku, karena mungkin menurut mereka itu cara jitu untuk menjatuhkan lawan.

Come on, kita sudah pada proses keterbukaan, bukan lagi masa dimana kita hanya bisa diam dan bisik-bisik untuk suatu informasi atau ide. Saya senang, masyarakat makin dewasa, setidaknya itu yang saya tangkap dari tanggapan-tanggapan di media sosial di lingkaran saya. Tetapi mungkin perlu dipikirkan, itu cuma berapa persen dari keseluruhan penduduk Indonesia? Tetapi yang pasti saya senang semua bisa diajak berpikir, menilai dan memilih.

Hak pribadi bagi setiap orang untuk mendukung capresnya, sudah pasti tergantung latar belakang, motivasi dari masing-masing pemilih. Cara-cara yang melanggar etika juga bisa dinilai, sayangnya itu menunjukkan ketidak dewasaan diri kita. Saya terus terang kadang pengen juga menyatakan keburukan dari pasangan capres tertentu, tetapi setelah saya berpikir, saya akan sama dengan mereka. Dan kemungkinan teman saya akan bersikap seperti saya, meng-unfollow bahkan meng-unfriend teman-teman yang pernyataannya bikin hati bergejolak.

Yang pasti saya merasakan atmosfir politik saat ini menuju ke pendewasaan. Memang butuh kita rasakan jatuh bangunnya untuk bisa memilih yang terbaik. Satu pesan saya, jangan sia-sia kan peran untuk mengubah masa depan bangsa, pilih yang terbaik menurut pribadi masing-masing, dan yang pasti dengan begitu akan kelihatan kelompoknya kita akan berdiri di mana, yang baik atau yang menjelekan orang lain supaya kelihatan baik.
