Sudah hampir dua tahun saya menjadi bagian dari perusahaan ini. Berteman dengan kurang dari sepuluh orang memang lebih mudah menjaganya. Apa saja mudah dikomunikasikan. Walaupun kami terdiri dari berbagai etnis dari Medan sampai Sulawesi, kami sangat menikmati persaudaraan ini.
Ada tradisi, dimana jika perusahaan atau pimpinan kami mendapatkan parcel dari rekanan. Biasanya parcel tersebut tidak dibawah pulang oleh pimpinan, tapi disuruh untuk dibagi-bagikan ke semua staff. Namanya membagi haruslah adil. Dua tahun kami mempunyai budaya yang seru. Isi parcel kami bongkar bersama sama, kemudian menomorinya sesuai jumlah kita. Untuk siapa yang mendapat apa itu diundi dengan nomor. Harusnya jika mau kalem bisa saja kami mengambil satu per satu nomornya. Tetapi justru yang serunya ada pada saat kertas yang berisi nomor tersebut dilempar dan berebutlah kita 😀 .
Beneran, isi parcel bukan apa-apa, tapi seru-seruan kebersamaan ini yang pasti bikin kangen nantinya. Love you all :3
