Yuk Manjakan Tubuh
Setelah badan ini bekerja untuk kepentingan keinginan diri, pantaslah sesekali menghargai dengan memanjakannya. Pemikiran ini yang selalu membuatku berusaha jika ada hari libur yang pas saya pasti akan mencari tempat untuk bisa massage dan lulur/scrub
Mungkin dari kecil mama memang membiasakan diri kami untuk merawat kulit. Setiap Minggu kami sudah antrian untuk discrub, malah mama sendiri membuat ramuan khusus untuk itu. Tentu saja ini cuma berlaku bagi ketiga putrinya.
Dan saya bersyukur, kebiasaan itu membentuk saya untuk tetap senantiasa memperhatikan kesehatan kulit.
Sejak pindah ke Jakarta salah satu tempat yang saya cari adalah spa.
Beruntung di daerah tebet terdapat spa milik Sari Ayu. Walaupun harganya bisa menguras isi dompet tapi saya tetap usahakan ke sana jika ada kesempatan.
Berpindah ke daerah pedurenan, saya malah menemukan tempat spa yang lebih nyaman menurutku dengan harga yang reasonable. Tempatnya privasi, meskipun ramai tetap dipisahkan pria dan wanita.
Dilengkapi dengan ruang sauna dan kolam whirpool, tempat ini menjadi tempat favorit saya sekarang untuk memanjakan diri.
Badan ini juga butuh diistirahatkan, direlakskan apalagi kulit. Utamanya yang tinggal di Jakarta dengan tingkat polusi yg diatas rata-rata. Butuh ekstra treatment untuk tetap bisa sehat dan cantik
Semoga kita tidak hanya ‘memaksa’ tubuh tanpa memenuhi hak-haknya. Toh, semua keutungannya balik ke diri sendiri.

emang sih mahal, tapi harga gak bohong yah 😀
sepertinya gak masalah kalau cuma massage, lagian yang dimassage bagian belakang saja gak usah di perut, disampaikan saja saya masseur nya biar dia hati2
tapi massage emang bikin rileks, akhir minggu keknya asik nih 😀
